Starvation Diet is the Best Diet: Lose 10 pounds in 6 days
Wanna know my secret on how I lost 1-2 pounds per day resulting to a total of 10 pounds in 6 days? Let me share the best diet i’ve tried with the fastest results.
Well, have you starved yourself? Have you ever tried starving yourself and not eating anything at all to lose weight? Did you deprive yourself of anything edible just so you can lose that extra pound or achieve your desired figure?
That kind of “Starvation Diet” is WRONG! If you’re going to do an unhealthy diet, at least make it right and beneficial! There is a proper and correct way of Starvation Diet that will guarantee you better achievement compared to not eating anything at all!
It is said that the best way to improve your metabolism is by eating every 4-5 hours or so. This is so that you can fool your stomach that it is constantly being used. Having nothing in your stomach will signal the brain to slow down your metabolism to cope up with the lack of food to digest.
Don’t forget to eat something every 4-5 hours. Maybe 1 piece of cracker? Anything below 50 calories will do. Don’t overdo it. You might end up binging on snacks consisting of 1 million grams of carb! I try to at least not take more than 500 calories per day.
Always drink lots of water. Lots and lots of water. Every hour if possible. This helps in making you feel satiated. Drink everytime you feel hungry. Maybe a glass or two of water. Avoid anything with sugar for sugar is another source of unwanted fat.
Make sure to avoid exercising when you’re starving. I tried this once and I got dizzy. Your body will not burn anything but essential muscles since you haven’t eaten anything. Exercise ONLY when you ate something heavy.
This correct starvation diet will lead to better results specifically in the midsection area. The incorrect starvation of not eating anything at all will only make you look saggy! Who would want to look like a shar pei? Plus, sagging leads to tummy tuck!
Starvation diet only works for those who are disciplined enough to avoid food. Whatever I wrote here will not help those who want tips on how they can escape from food, since that is a psychological thing already.
Oh and by the way, this doesn’t mean that I’m promoting starvation! I’m only trying to correct the generalized notion that starvation means “not eating anything” at all.
Final note: Starvation Diet is UNHEALTHY and CAN cause malnutrition and eventually death. NEVER OVERDO IT.

Hi to all! I would like to add on this article about starving diet. This is indeed effective but try to take multivitamins 2x a day so your immune system wont suffer. and avoid being stressed and unhappy because it will only lead to depression and binging.

I started three days ago and I lost 5 pounds. I weighted 280 and now I am at 272, but it jumps up and down. So the average lose is about 5 pounds. I drink 1 1/2 gallons of water that I force myself to drink. No juice no soda nothing sweet. Although I might drink more water depending on what I am doing and where I am at. I eat 600 calories worth in candy. KitKats to be precise… and 1 subway veggie patter no sauce/dressing. THATS ALL I have been eating. I take two bites from my sub till it’s gone. This lasts till 7pm or 6pm. while I am eating the sub I always drink water, and when I am about to go to bed. I take a cup of Metamucil.
This stuff works but it’s kind of dangerous. Simply cause I feel tweaked and kind of depressed.
I start my day with a one a day multi vitamin, and 1 energy shot from Stacker 2. That could be why I feel tweaked, and around 6 or 5 I take another energy shot.
I power walk in the morning and at night, and kind of work out throughout the day.
This stuff really does work. It’s just the odd feeling… of being full and hungry. It’s so weird and it will be a while before I get use to this. I will keep this up for at least 2 months. I expect a huge difference in my weight.
I am well aware that after I lose 20 pounds the rate of weight loss will drop… and I will have to seriously work out and jog. I will eventually have to switch from a subway sub to some type of meat so I can get enough protein. I’m not some expert obviously, but I have an Idea of how THIS type of diet will work for me.
Maybe I will start re-grow hair…. More like it will fall out.

thank you sooooo much for posting this, you have no idea how manny websites i went to looking for the right way to do a “starvation” diet. im going to try this and hopefully it works. Im 170lbs and i atleast want to go down to 120-130. so i know this wont last long but once i lose 20lbs i will try to switch to something a that i can exercise with

hi ! to all the people who are fat and want a good BMI
starvation diet is a kind of refining of a new era of your life and you should do it properly and it is a start of a healthy life style.
I’m an orthopeadic surgeon and want to tell you how to go about it.
(1) Take your mobile or your digital time planner; and set times and stuff you will consume.
like….morning 6 am 1litre of water; before going to work egg whites.
a cucumber in the mid day with a oral redyhration drink or 1litre of water with salt and lime juice (raw lime) at mid day i.e. 11 am
2pm for some skimmed milk and water with another boiled spinach 2 - 5 spoons and salt.
5pm some boiled chicken with salt and lime juice 1 - 2 bites and 1 litre of water.
have small walk as much as you can tolerate till you don’t feel dizzy.
have another glass of Oral Redydration Syrup given up by the WHO (world helath organization) commercialy available at any medical store. after you are finished with your jog.
end the day with another 2-3 tumblers of water and I think you’ll be fine.
# take i tablet of calcium and 2 capsules of multivitamins
# don’t avoid the sunlight and don’t lie down in the house the whole day or you’ll invite osteoporosis.
(2) think about the almighty and just imagine the poor children in the underdeveloped countries and think that this food can be used by them. Try being religious and try feeding the poor, it will give you a a moral boost.
carry it out in a stretch
always remeber …. this starvation diet is to bring you down to what you are supposed to be and after you reach the desired wt as per you BMI start eating a balanced diet i.e. more fats limited carbohydrates and more protien and calculate the overall calories and atleat workout for 30 minutes a day.

Guys I starved myself for 4 days, and I mean REALLY, I didnt eat a thing. All i did was drink a ton of water and tea WITHOUT sugar. After the first day it gets easy because you get really motivated, i guess because im at a boarding school so nobody makes sure i eat. If you live alone it would obviously be easier. But if you want to lose weight, then you have to COMPLETELY stop eating for a few days. And its not just water weight because its been a week and ive been back to eating normal and im still thinner. Plus i drank a ton of water and still do! the weight doesnt just go from your stomach, my arms and legs are thinner too. Some may call this anorexia, but if you go back to eating after a matter of time without really looking starved its not. Just DONT go overboard, i know its easy to do. Just remember how good food tasted!!

I’ve tried this “starvation diet” thing, at the first few days, I felt slight dizziness but as days goes by my body started to “adapt” the sudden change. Effective siya kahit di ko pa nakikita ung results, God helps me, kaya nakakaya ko .. =)))
