I know i’ve been dieting a lot lately. Christmas and New Year made me a pear from a pole. I’m so tired of all the unhealthy starvation. Cravings are so hard to resist y’know. It’s not like i’m that inhuman to not crave for sweets, cakes, candies, sodas and chocolates. So anyway, I tried out this product that curbs appetite. It makes me feel satiated after my 2nd or 3rd spoon.

What’s the main ingredient of this product? Caffeine. That’s right. Caffeine! I don’t think it’s the same with those we found from our coffees. I mean, dosage-wise, the caffeine is concentrated and the product has added ingredients which increases metabolism. 2 of these a day turned me from 131 to 125 in just 5 days. Right now I stopped taking it already and it seems like my appetite has adjusted to it and i’m not anymore feeling hungry all the time. Anyway, i’m not sure if it’s just water weight I lost but so far so good. I’m still at 125 and it seems like i’m still losing weight since I haven’t been eating too much lately. I’m guessing less than 2000 calories a day. It’s been 2 days now since I stopped by the way.

Wanna know my secret on how I lost 1-2 pounds per day resulting to a total of 10 pounds in 6 days? Let me share the best diet i’ve tried with the fastest results.

Well, have you starved yourself? Have you ever tried starving yourself and not eating anything at all to lose weight? Did you deprive yourself of anything edible just so you can lose that extra pound or achieve your desired figure?

That kind of “Starvation Diet” is WRONG! If you’re going to do an unhealthy diet, at least make it right and beneficial! There is a proper and correct way of Starvation Diet that will guarantee you better achievement compared to not eating anything at all!

It is said that the best way to improve your metabolism is by eating every 4-5 hours or so. This is so that you can fool your stomach that it is constantly being used. Having nothing in your stomach will signal the brain to slow down your metabolism to cope up with the lack of food to digest.

Don’t forget to eat something every 4-5 hours. Maybe 1 piece of cracker? Anything below 50 calories will do. Don’t overdo it. You might end up binging on snacks consisting of 1 million grams of carb! I try to at least not take more than 500 calories per day.

Always drink lots of water. Lots and lots of water. Every hour if possible. This helps in making you feel satiated. Drink everytime you feel hungry. Maybe a glass or two of water. Avoid anything with sugar for sugar is another source of unwanted fat.

Make sure to avoid exercising when you’re starving. I tried this once and I got dizzy. Your body will not burn anything but essential muscles since you haven’t eaten anything. Exercise ONLY when you ate something heavy.

This correct starvation diet will lead to better results specifically in the midsection area. The incorrect starvation of not eating anything at all will only make you look saggy! Who would want to look like a shar pei? Plus, sagging leads to tummy tuck!

Starvation diet only works for those who are disciplined enough to avoid food. Whatever I wrote here will not help those who want tips on how they can escape from food, since that is a psychological thing already.

Oh and by the way, this doesn’t mean that I’m promoting starvation! I’m only trying to correct the generalized notion that starvation means “not eating anything” at all.

Final note: Starvation Diet is UNHEALTHY and CAN cause malnutrition and eventually death. NEVER OVERDO IT.

So do we really need protein shakes to gain muscle? I’ve tried several muscle building protein shakes before and they didn’t work. Maybe because i didn’t even exercise, eh? Hahahaha. Well that was a waste. Anyway, here’s an article by Martica Heaner regarding Protein Shakes:

So basically, it’s all in the calorie intake. The more calorie, the bigger and better muscle you will gain upon weight training. You have to feed your muscle with food so that they wouldn’t go to rest and say goodbye while you’re sleeping. But but but don’t overdo it. Calorie is good when needed. Too much calorie will just be stored somewhere in your midsection. Don’t worry, you don’t have to look for it. It will show, eventually.

Popcorn diet is the best diet if you want to binge. It has so low calories and best of all it tastes great. Opt for the ones in the market that are already flavored yet low on calories and other unhealthy stuff. Try Holy Kettle Corn or Kettle Corn. Don’t get those that you need to pop yourself plus add butter or salt. Butter and salt are the enemies. Never ever think of being friends with them!

Right now im eating kettle corn popcorn. It has a caramel taste to it. Yum. Best of all i dont feel like im getting bloated. Well there are, i’m sure, negative effects. But let me worry about them later.

Magnolia Healthtea Falvored Tea Drink. Low Calorie. Apple and Lemon flavor. Very very affordable!

Since i’m on semi-starvation mode (coz im eating quite a lot every 12 hours or so), instead of drinking heaps of water, i changed the regimen to bottles and bottles of Magnolia Healthtea. It’s a new product. The Magnolia Healthtea Falvored Tea Drink is so LOW on CALORIE! I already tried the Apple and Lemon flavor. Imagine, 250mL of tea and only about 60 calories! Beat that! And it only costs around P20 in 7-11! I’ve been drinking this instead of eating. It helps, really. Well right now i feel kinda sick since maybe im intaking too much sugar. And i came from a diabetic family on my mother’s side so i guess that doesn’t really help. I have to take a new beverage alternative. One that doesn’t have sugar in it but flavored and healthy. As long as it’s flavored. I don’t wanna gulp waters no more. I am NOT a fish.

I just realized, you can actually go on a diet eating Only M.Y.San’s SkyFlakes. Yeah! Hmm.. but you only have to eat one pack. Meaning three crackers. Total Carbohydrate is only 16g. Total Protein is 2g. Not bad eh? Well at least i think it isn’t that bad. If you’re dieting, that is. 6 crackers and you’re good to go. To the hospital, for being anorexic. But a few days of starvation will be great.

I won’t start my starvation just yet. Maybe in a week or so.

Good alternative: Fita. Voice and the other one sandwhich type of crackers which makes me eat more than 30 crackers per meal. Excuse me for i’m inhuman. A pig most likely. Hippopotamus may be another good comparison.

Men’s Health. Will Devaughn. Joyce Jimenez. Booze and Sweets. Calories.

Recently i’ve been a fan of the local Men’s Health. I bought everything i saw from Filbars.. from the oldest issue to the current one. Well of course they don’t have everything, so that’s ok.

The latest issue with Weill Devaughn and Joyce Jimenez as the cover has so much information in it… so much so that i haven’t even finished reading it and it’s been out in the market since September 2007. Well, don’t blame me… i only read during my free time.

I like the stats actually. When people were asked what they find hardest to give up in terms of food, Majority answered candies and desserts AND booze, both having 24%. Well yeah, i sort of figured that out. Only 12% gave up soda… hmm… even i am willing to give up soda since there are so many fruit juices out there.

And another important information for an obese like me is… it would be best if you eat in a formal dining setting. For example, you should eat at a dinner table, with table cloth, with al the utensils properly fixed… this would decrease your calorie intake on your next meal by 1/3! Imagine… if you eat 1000 calories per meal (which is by the way so high already), your next meal will only be around 666.66 calories! But eating ice cream and sweets on your next meal is a different story. :)

Mesotherapy. Liposuction. Lipo-dissolve. Combat fats. Starvation Diet. Chocolate Marjolaine!

I gained 10 pounds.. people are telling me already “Hey you look different… maybe because you got a new haircut?” Hah! As if i’m buying that crap. I know you just wanna tell me that i look fatter you uglies. I also hear people saying as i pass by “oh my! look he’s so fat!” … … … haha.. ok maybe not.. i’m not that fat.. maybe a little out of proportion.. i can sure use the fat somewhere else… like my tiny legs.

So i need mesotherapy. Liposuction and starvation diet is the key.

I saw this Mesotherapy Site and found out more about mesotherapy and liposuction. Firstly, i have no idea why they don’t include the PAIN AND AGONY that you will go through upon undergoing the process. They go directly to the “you will look and feel better” part. How bout the months of pain… and puss… and swelling? The process where they SUCK THE FAT out of you. The stories i hear about people undergoing a lot of pain… feeling golf-ball-sized cysts in their midsection? What are those anyway? Hardened fats? How do you extract those things?

With great beauty comes great discipline… that’s all i can say.

Lipo-dissolve! That’s what I want! Eradicate it! Vanquish it!

Look at this photo i got from this Plastic Surgery Clinic Site!! Although the pictures made me a lil dizzy and nauseas, i should show you the effects of lipo! Amazing huh? Now you can combat fats without the fear of stretch marks. But isn’t the body a little saggy? Well i wouldn’t know cause it’s not indicated in the picture how many weeks it has been after the operation. Maybe it’s a week after so i can’t really judge if it has healed already.


Notice the 4th pic. The one on the lower right. I can clearly see the patient’s smile. Awww.. She’s happy of the result, no? The upper left pic has this stiff frown. A mark of sadness.

But yeah.. it’s really hard to starve lately due to the ENDLESS amount of cakes you see out there… CHOCOLATE MARJOLAINE! OH MY!!! PLUS PLUS… CHOCOLATE MOUSSE!! CAKE! I WANT! I’m sad now cause im craving. Chocolates. Nuts. Layers and layers of meringue. That’s how they described this sinful treat. Icing all over. And more layers… layers layers layers…


I hear bells… oh yum. It makes me wanna cry. Hu hu hu hu. HAHAHAHAHHA OMG OMG OMG i’m crazy! Local brands like Red Ribbon makes me proud of the Philippine Islands. Do they have delivery? I have lots of other favorites from Red Ribbon. Blueberry cheesecake too! $1 per slice is a GREAT DEAL. How much is it in the foreign lands… i wouldn’t kow.

So where was I? Oh did i say Liposuction? GO FOR IT! With sweets out there… there’s nowhere to run and nowhere to hide! I’ll just save the diet sometime not-so-soon. I can already picture that cake inside my tummy… playing around with my gastric juices… I can’t deal with liposuction. I’d rather starve. Maybe pop a few sleeping pills everytime i get hungry. Would that work??

I’m a hypocrite. haha. i love sweets and i can’t stop loving it. I’ll eat what i want whenever i want.

Finally. I just wanna be anonymous. Is that a crime? Hahaha. Well who cares about who am I anyway. The important things is i’m able to tell the world what I want.

I crave for material things, but that doesn’t mean that i’m against other beliefs… so don’t go screaming nonsense at me. I also had this blog before about how I love my life.. all I got were hate messages. I must have overdone it with my annoying thoughts. Hahaha.. I’m not blogging for anyone but me, right?

    • Goals: I have lots of goals but sometimes i feel that i’m too lazy to even start. I need motivation. MOTIVATION PLEASE!
    • a lot more.. i just can’t think of them right now cause i didn’t have enough sleep last night.

I’ll post another one right after this about how i’m dying to get thinner after gaining 10 pound over the past few months.

Oh.. just some things i wanna make everyone aware of… i’m mature now unlike before. I think that’s good. Awww i’m really getting older. I turned 20 this year… TWENTEEN. hahah. yeah whatever, right? well at least i can pretend that i didn’t have my birthday so i’ll still be 19. I’ll miss my teenage years. Free from stress. The stress is killing me. I need radiant skin that’ll be the envy of the world. But i don’t have that. So i’ll just post about how i’d love to have one. Sounds pathetic. Well it is. And it doesn’t matter.
